Scope of Bid The procurement includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Braille Paper (A4, 120–160 gsm, high emboss durability) Braille Slate & Stylus (portable, durable, ergonomic design) Talking Calculators (voice output, tactile keypad, energy-saving features) Ethiopian Sign Language Book (latest edition, bilingual Amharic & English, illustrated) Bid Requirements Interested bidders must submit bids accompanied by the following documents: Renewed licence of Medical Equipment and Pharmaceutical FDA (Food and Drug Authorization) licence VAT Registration Certificate and VAT Declaration Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Supplier’s Certificate Bid Security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of CPO Submission Deadline Bids must be delivered in hard copy to SENEthiopia, Mekelle – Adi-Haky Sub-City, Kebelle Hdase, on or before June 23, 2026, at 9:00 PM. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected. Bid Opening Bids will be publicly opened at the same address on June 23, 2026, at 9:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
