INVITATION TO BID (ITB) Subject: Supply and Installation of Livestock Manure Biogas Digesters for Household Cooking Dear Eligible Bidders, The International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) hereby invites sealed technical and financial quotations from qualified individuals, firms, or teams for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support of eleven (11) household biogas digesters using livestock manure for cooking in the Oromia/Sheger and Wolaita Zones, Ethiopia. The selected supplier will be required to deliver complete, fully functional biogas systems including the digester, safe gas piping, pressure controls, water traps, modern efficient stoves, a bio-slurry composting pit, a biogas-powered chaff cutter (for the 12 m3 unit), comprehensive user training, and one year of after-sales service.
